Casa Isotta is a cozy and elegant apartment of 180 square meters all on the same floor, absolutely suitable for large families, but also to groups of friends or more families, just 40 meters from the beach.
The apartment is located within a tourist complex, but with private entrance and accessible at any time of day or night. It is located on the first floor of the building and is accessible via a flight of stairs.

It has 5 double rooms, some with the space to add a third bed, two of which are connected with a shared bathroom.
The bathrooms are two. The elegantly furnished 45 sqm living room consists of a TV room and a large dining table suitable for group dinners.
The kitchen, just renovated and with new furniture, is still habitable and has a table for 4 people.
Here you can find the oven, the microwave, the American coffee machine and the dishwasher.
The washing machine, for the exclusive use of the apartment, is on the ground floor, in a dedicated laundry.
Parking is free for one car. Further cars can be parked at 400 meters. at € 15 per week.
Each additional person to the 4 foreseen people will have a supplement of € 100.00 per week per person.
The rate includes: a weekly change of linen (sheets + towels).

The apartment is located in Via Torre 76, 50 mt from Viale dei Platani, the pedestrian evening promenade of the town center, and just 500 meters from the beach in the harbor area.
With mini market, banks and shops at your doorstep. It is the only apartment in the building, on the second floor, sloping ceilings.

Composed of a double bedroom and a second bedroom with double bed and two single beds laid out. Two bathrooms with shower, a kitchen with a dining table, a patio for drying clothes, and a storage room with closet.
Common garden for eventual bicycle parking and children's games.

Included in the price: general cleaning at end of stay (excluding cooking) utilities, housing, laundry room and bathroom.
